Thaipusam 2012 in Ipoh

Today, Pakatan Rakyat organized a walkabout to greet devotees of Thaipusam at Sri Subramaniar Temple in Gunung Cheroh,Ipoh.

YB Dato’ Seri Nizar together with YB Dato’ Ngeh Koo Ham, & YB Wong Kah Woh started the walk at about 10.30am together with several other supporters & staffs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 They greeted passes by & stalls that were set up along the way.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

YB Dato’ Seri Nizar was invited to play the Indian instrument by a musician who was walking along. He played the instrument to the amusement of the crowd.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

They then made their way to the Ipoh Barat DAP booth & were joined by YB Kulasegaran, YB Ong Boom Piow & YB Sivanesan together with other supporters & members.

They then dismissed at around 2pm while other devotees & members of the public continued to make their way to the temple.
